I have made a card for three different challenges: Whiff of Joy challenges where the theme is Anything goes, Really Reasonable Ribbons with their challenge One for the boys and Stamptacular Sunday challenges where they have a sketch.
I used a boy stamp from Whiff of Joy, and followed the sketch. The design paper is from Prima. The sentiment says in English: One year older and one year wiser. There are also stamps from Magnolia and Joanna Sheen.
